Watch it again. Here's Cairo Santos' 27-yard field goal to win Tulane's Homecoming game yesterday against the UNT Mean Green.
This marked the first Homecoming victory for Tulane since 2006. The Green Wave move to 4-2, putting them in first place in Conference USA. Roll wave.

Cairo Santos, Tulane's kicker who acquired the school record for field goal distance AND missed a total of zero field goal attempts this season, is in the lead in fan voting for the Lou Groza award. Over kickers from Florida and FSU. Crazy. 

Today is the last day of voting, and Santos started the day with a 350 vote deficit that gave way to a 70 vote lead around 1 P.M. Let's finish this.
